Hi. theres a big scary white pitbull at the south east side of the Bill Keith preserve behind that abandoned boat sales house. It's tied to a bush and barks like carzy and looks like it wants to kill you when ever you walk down the path next to it. It has been there for a couple weeks now and I wanna know why its there.
