| We need to put an end to this construction project asap. The workers are rude and do not care about those around them. I work late nights on my online business. They start construction at 730 which is completely uncalled for and most importantly illegal. On sunday they ripped down my phone lines and internet. I make money this way and sine then have lost hundreds and clients trust. This project has gone on way too long. It has been over an entire year and all that was built is half a useless building. I am putting up my house for sale in the next few months for this reason. It is sad that we let this happen and can do nothing about it. |

I completely agree. I found this on the front page of Shady Bank's website. "Shady Banks is a residential neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With approximately 500 homes on quiet, tree-lined streets, it is located on the banks of the New River and contains Hortt Park and the Bill Keith Nature Preserve." |

| @Tyler I totally agree we do need to put an end to this construction project i have lived in the neighborhood for many years i also have three little ones that love going to hortt park to play on the playground I was quite surprised to be hearing about an addition to the park my wife and I thought it was a great idea but a year and half has almost gone by and everyday I question my self what the hell are they doing back there? I look outside my window and see about 8 people standing around scratching there ass and one guy on the roof swinging a hammer repeatedly at shingles. Lets face it people the job isn't gonna get done with one person doing all the work I have to get up for work around 630am every morning to drive to miami for my job. and i am constantly being woken up by some red truck/car back there making a clown like horn sound.
and @ Brian Hurnette i also saw that on the front page of the website and this construction is turning our neighborhood into a circus that we must put an end to! |
