Does anyone have any idea what was going on this AM? Seems there was a chopper over our house for over an hour. Also cops circling our block (18 ave)...

There were two people in kayaks on the canal behind 17th st, they stole some items from a boat, the police were chasing them (evidently they jumped in the water etc) When I left for work they had not caught them.

I recommend that everyone checks their boats and back yards and keep your eyes open

If I find out anymore I will post the information.
